Block the scroll. Earn it back.
Pick the apps that eat your day and Dialed blocks them with Apple's Screen Time controls: during a Lock-in, on a schedule, or right now. Finish real things to earn scrolling time back.
Blocks that hold
- Your apps, your call
- Pick apps and categories with Apple's own picker. Dialed never sees which ones; Apple gives it sealed tokens that stay on your phone. Needs a real iPhone.
- Soft or hard
- A soft block shows a reminder with a way through. A hard block has no way through until it ends.
- Schedules
- Repeating windows like "School · weekdays 8:00 to 15:00" or "Bedtime · 22:30 to 7:00", across midnight too.
- Quick block
- Block right now, for as long as you choose.
- Real help
- A hard block always offers "I need real help": everything opens for 10 minutes, twice a day, no questions asked.
Earn it back
- Dialed time
- Finishing tasks, habits and quick wins earns minutes on blocked apps. They stack through the day and expire at midnight.
- Shield lines
- The block screen teases the situation, never you.
- Your own Shield linesMax
- Write up to three lines per situation, each in its own colour.
- Usage report
- Your Screen Time numbers, worked out on your phone and never uploaded.
Let a friend hold the key
- Tell my buddy
- One tap on the block screen sends your buddy a fixed alert (never which app). Three a day, then one summary. Needs a real iPhone.
- Tell them automaticallyPro
- Your own opt-in: your buddy hears about it whenever the block screen shows.
- Call a friendPro
- The block screen leaves a reminder that opens the call screen for a friend you picked.
- Ask your buddy to unlockMax
- Your buddy can approve 5 minutes, but only once you've finished something that day. It even lifts a hard block. Needs a real iPhone.
- Only my buddy can let me inMax
- Asking becomes the only way past a soft block. It pauses itself whenever asking can't work, and hard blocks keep real help.
