Delete your account
You can delete your account inside Dialed in under a minute. It removes everything we store on our server. It can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Dialed and tap your avatar at the top left, then Settings.
- Go to Account › Delete account.
- Confirm twice. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm it's you, and Dialed's Sign in with Apple access is revoked.
What gets deleted
Your account and everything stored with it on our server, straight away:
- Your backup: tasks, goals, subjects and focus sessions.
- Your username, friends, buddy, challenges, reactions and invite code.
- Your crew memberships and anything you added to a crew.
- Blocked-app alert settings and the push token for your phone.
- Your player card and brags, if you had them.
What stays
- Plans on your iPhone stay there. To erase them too: Settings › Data and privacy › Delete all data, or delete the app.
- Subscriptions are with Apple and keep billing until you cancel them in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Anonymous usage counts can't be linked to you, so there's nothing to delete there. You can turn them off in Settings › Data and privacy.
Already deleted the app?
Reinstall Dialed, sign in the same way you did before, and delete the account from Settings. If you can't, email hello@dialedin.online from the address on the account (or tell us how you signed in) and we'll delete it within 30 days.

To remove a reserved @, open Remove me from the list on the browser you joined on, or use the link in any email we sent you.
