get dialed in.

The one app for your whole day. Dia plans it from one sentence, you lock in, the scroll gets blocked, and your friends keep you honest.

12-day streak

Say it in one sentence. Dia plans it.

Type "bio test friday" and Dia spreads the studying across the days you have, around school, gym and everything you can't move. Every plan shows up as a card you can edit before anything changes.

  • Talk it in: one voice note becomes separate to-dos
  • Runs on your iPhone. Nothing you type leaves it.

A 25-minute Lock-in timer.

Lock in. Watch it drain.

A Lock-in is a timer you can feel: the liquid drains as the minutes go. Flip your phone face down, control it from the Lock Screen, and finish to fill your daily rings.

  • 5-minute starts, Pomodoro and long sessions
  • +10m, Pivot and Done from the Lock Screen
  • Strict Lock-in: no ending early Pro

Block the scroll. Earn it back.

Pick the apps that eat your day and Dialed blocks them with Apple's Screen Time controls: during a Lock-in, on a schedule, or right now. Finish tasks and habits to earn scrolling minutes back.

  • SchoolWeekdays 8:00 to 15:00
  • Bedtime22:30 to 7:00
  • Dialed time earned today+20 min

Want it to really hold? Let your buddy hold the key: they can unlock 5 minutes for you, and only once you've finished something that day. Max

Walk into the test ready.

Add an exam and Dialed plans the sessions before it. "% ready" only moves when you actually finish one. Stuck on a question? Park it in the vault and it comes back right before the exam.

  • Timetable from a photo, A/B weeks included
  • Spaced review at 1, 3, 7 and 21 days
  • Grade calculator: what you need on the final

Big goals, broken into days.

Give a goal a deadline and Dialed turns it into milestones and small steps, checks honestly whether the time adds up, and tells you when it'll land at your pace. Habits keep a streak that forgives one bad day.

Make varsity

  1. Run 3x a week
  2. Ball handling drills
  3. Tryout film
  4. Tryouts

At this pace it lands around Mar 14, right on time.

Weekdays

  • Shake
  • Pour
  • Foam ring
  • Surprise me

Alarms you can't snooze in your sleep.

Dialed alarms keep ringing until you do a small mission: shake the phone, pour, keep the foam in the ring. Record your own sound, or tell Dia "wake me up at 6:30 on weekdays".

Better with your people.

Add friends by exact username. Your buddy sees a ✓ when you finish and "missed" when you don't, never what you did. Lock in together and the day counts double on your shared streak. Send hype, not messages.

Crews share a weekly bank of scrolling minutes. Keep something in it by Sunday and the crew streak lives. Pro

And the rest of the day.

Today's plan
Fixed things never move, deep work lands in your energy peak, and "Enough for today" caps it.
Running late
The rest of the day slides along with one tap, and Undo puts it back.
Flows
"When I get to the library, start a Lock-in and block my apps."
Widgets and Live Activity
Now and next, your streak and the exam countdown, right on the Home and Lock Screen.
Siri and Shortcuts
"Start a 5-minute Lock-in." Plus the Action Button and Control Center.
Rewards from real work
Daily rings, secret badges, weekly recaps and your year, unhinged. Opening the app earns nothing.
Imports
Calendar, Reminders, .ics and CSV from your old to-do app, previewed and undoable.

Questions

Is Dialed free?

Yes. Lock-ins, blocking, habits, streaks, friends, alarms and study tools are free. Dialed Pro ($4.99 a month or $29.99 a year) removes the limits and adds Strict Lock-in and crews. Dialed Max ($9.99 a month or $59.99 a year) adds orb skins, your player card and buddy unlocks. Both yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial.

Does the blocking actually work?

Dialed uses Apple's own Screen Time controls, so a blocked app really is blocked until the block ends or you use a way through you set up. Hard blocks always keep "I need real help", which opens everything for 10 minutes, twice a day.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything on your own phone works without one. An account (Sign in with Apple or email) is only for backup, friends, buddies and crews, and you can delete it in the app any time.

Can Dialed see which apps I block?

No. Apple only gives Dialed sealed tokens for the apps you pick, and they never leave your phone. Your Screen Time numbers stay on the device too.

Who is Dia?

Dia is the tiny alien orb who runs the app. Dia speaks Zibbish first, then translates, plans your day from one sentence, and never changes anything without showing you an editable card first. Dia works on your iPhone, and nothing you type goes to a server.

Who can use it?

Anyone 13 or older with an iPhone on iOS 26 or later. There is no messaging and no public feed; friends are added by exact username only, and everyone can be reported or blocked.
